First night I had a leak in my room. I left around 7pm returned around 11pm and it appeared that the leak happened the whole time I was gone. I went to notify the front desk but no one was there. Maybe 30mins later the receptionist whom worked the night of 8/24 came in late. After telling her my issue she then told me to wait in the seating area then tried downgrade me from a king room to a double bed while insisting that it was an upgrade. After the leak stopped I asked for housekeeping and no one came so I had to put a bunch of towels down to clean the water. I then asked for a manager and no manager was on site nor were they scheduled to even come in. Then when housekeeping came she notified me that there was no note or report mentioning the leak in the room. The lack of communication and accommodation is very unacceptable.

Great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Great stay as always! The hotel was clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!
